Do you remember Melissa Joan Hart from ABC’s Sabrina the Teenage Witch?

I think most of us remember her. Well, here she is now, shortly after the birth of her second child.

It’s good to see someone in Hollywood that had a baby and looks like they had a baby. It gives me hope that Hollywood is not full of aliens and bodysnatchers. I’m serious. It’s so nice to see a celebrity that is “down to earth” and not running from the cops, getting into fights, or walking out of drug treatment centers! Who knew those types of celebrities still existed?

I’m not sure what to think about this story. If I was caught in such an unflattering photo I wouldn’t like it and I would probably be upset, but as a celebrity eating out I don’t think I would use that photo as an opportunity to be “offended”. If there’s anything that’s offensive it’s the clothes she’s wearing. Talk about the frumpy look.

Singer Lisa Marie Presley is suing the Daily Mail for libel over publishing an article alleging she is overweight.

The 40-year-old daughter of Elvis Presley said the story, which was widely republished worldwide, forced her to confirm she is expecting a baby.

Her UK laywer Simon Smith said claims that she had an “unhealthy appetite” and is “growing like her dad” had left the star “deeply upset and offended”.

Presley called the press “disgusting” on her MySpace page.

I know that pregnancy does a lot to a woman’s body, in fact I know that pregnancy can change a woman’s body forever, but I am not so sure you can go from this:

to this:

simply because of pregnancy. Of course, if I was mortified about the whole ordeal, like she says she was, I guess I, as a celebrity, might not want to be venturing to places where these types of candid photo opportunities are plentiful. But then again, that’s just me.

She’s mad because the Daily Mail article states she has an “unhealthy appetite” and she is “growing like her dad”. Umm.. okay. It’s evident that she is eating more, and it’s also evident that she bears a strong resemblance to her late father. Where is the libel in their statement?

The very definition of libel makes her case null and void. So why even file a suit over this? She’d be better off just taking out some term insurance and hoping for the best. Shut up. You know what I mean. Don’t you?

Many of us remember Valerie Bertinelli, whether we remember her from her days on “One Day At A Time” or a bit later. She definitely left an impression on young American boys.

Many remember her as the young and impressionable Barbara Cooper,

Valerie had her moments growing up, and many of us were excited to see the changes.

Many young people today probably have no idea who she is, but that will change now that she’s making news again.

America’s former sweetheart wasn’t always so sweet.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey scheduled to air Monday, former “One Day at a Time” star Valerie Bertinelli reveals that she and ex-husband Eddie Van Halen cheated on each other during their 24-year marriage.

According to “Entertainment Tonight,” the Jenny Craig spokeswoman told Winfrey, “I cheated — He claims to this day that I cheated first, but I don’t know. I don’t know about the timing.”

It doesn’t matter who cheated first. If you cheat, you cheat, right? Don’t we all love Valerie more than Eddie anyway?

Do you remember when Hollywood personalities didn’t need to “recreate” something to look beautiful?

I’m not taking anything away from Lindsay Lohan, but she’s no Marilyn Monroe.

The more I look at the pictures of Lindsay, the more I feel the need to find my antiseptic wipes and start cleaning out my eye sockets.

You can see more of Lindsay at New York Magazine.

Who doesn’t remember Florence Jean Castleberry? I mean, come on, she is only one of the most popular characters ever portrayed on television.

Flo was portrayed by the very talented, Polly Holliday. In addition to playing Flo on Alice and her own spinoff of the same name, Polly has also been in numerous movies and appeared in episodes of The Golden Girls and Home Improvement.

I miss hearing her telling Mel to kiss her grits. Man, those were the days. So what’s she up to now?

Who could forget Jeannie? A whole generation of men grew up wondering what her… belly button looked like.

In addition to I Dream of Jeannie, Barbara also starred in Harper Valley PTA. So what has Barbara been up to lately? According to imdb.com, not too much.

In the past year she was credited for a couple of television roles, and she toured with Hal Linden (of Barney Miller fame) in A.R. Gurney’s theatre piece, Love Letters.

Barbara Eden (“I Dream of Jeannie”) and Hal Linden (“Barney Miller”) have been set to continue their 2007 national playdates launching their new spring tour costarring in the romantic, two-actor stage show “Love Letters,” written by A.R.

Gurney and produced by Scott Stander for GoGiGo Productions. Previously, Eden played opposite her erstwhile “Jeannie” costar Larry Hagman, and with Joe Bologna in other “Love Letters” productions.

It’s been about 28 years since Jeannie went off the air, but Barbara is still looking good.

You can find some good Amazon coupons in case you want to order some dvd’s of the series that Barbara has starred in too.
