Former “American Idol” finalist Jessica Sierra was arrested early Sunday on felony battery charges for allegedly hitting a man on the head with a heavy glass at a cafe, police said.

Sierra, 21, was booked in the Hillsborough County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. She was also charged with possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility after officers found a small amount of the drug while searching her, police spokeswoman Andrea Davis said.

Sierra was released Sunday afternoon on $11,500 bail. There was no immediate indication if she had a lawyer.

The victim suffered a cut over his eye, but the spokeswoman gave no further information.

Sierra, of Tampa, was one of the hit show’s top 10 contestants in 2005.

remember Heather Thomas?

Then again, if you never watched “The Fall Guy”, “T.J’ Hooker” or “Love Boat”, you may have no idea who she is.

So… What has she been up to?

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Yeah… According to IMDB she hasn’t done a movie since 1998, and she hasn’t done TV since 2004.

Does anybody have any idea why she dropped out of the celebrity scene?

I love Rachael Ray. She’s quirky. She’s fun. She’s down to earth.

Rachael Ray made sure that the students who lost eight classmates and their school in a tornado in Enterprise, Ala. got a senior prom.

The celebrity chef planned the menu and helped prepare dinner at Enterprise High School’s prom, according to a statement from Ray’s publicist, Georgianna Dente. The star of the syndicated The Rachael Ray Show paid for the dance and filmed it for an episode to air this month.

“The students of Enterprise High are so courageous, given all that they’ve gone through,” Ray said in the statement. “When I heard about what happened to their school and classmates, we wanted to help.

“The prom was all about celebrating their accomplishments and honoring the classmates who tragically lost their lives,” she said.

Earlier in the day, Ray appeared with Gov. Bob Riley and Enterprise Mayor Kenneth Boswell to greet students at an assembly.

Many people talk the talk. Rachael Ray walks the walk. Kudos!

I always wonder why Hollywood marriages don’t seem to last very long. Then again, maybe it’s the norm?

Anna Faris’ career is on the up and up. Her personal life…not so much.

The Scary Movie heroine filed for divorce Tuesday from her husband of nearly three years, actor Benjamin Indra.

Faris, 30, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. According to her petition, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, she and Indra, 28, have been on the outs since Mar. 21. The actress has requested that she not be required to pay spousal support.

Irreconcilable differences. Codewords for “we can’t really stand each other anymore, but were not publicly blaming each other”.
